By using VYTLAÜ, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What VYTLAÜ is

VYTLAÜ is a personal health and movement app. It provides workout tracking, nutrition tools, personal health logging, and optional social features like friends and challenges. Some features are free (the Libre plan); others may require a paid plan (Forme or Édition) as described in the app.

Not medical advice. VYTLAÜ, its AI trainer, its workout and meal suggestions, and any health metrics it calculates or displays are provided for general wellness purposes only. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, changing your diet, or making decisions based on information in this app — particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are managing a chronic illness. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or calculated in VYTLAÜ.

Your account

You need an account to use friends, challenges, and badges. Your personal health logs (weight, journal, sleep, etc.) don't require an account and stay on your device regardless.
You're responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe. We can't recover your password without your recovery code — if you lose both, you'll need to create a new account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
One account per person. Don't create accounts to impersonate someone else or to circumvent a block.

Acceptable use

When using challenges, friends, or any feature where other people can see your activity, you agree not to:

Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users
Post content in display names, challenge names, or descriptions that is threatening, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights
Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
Use automated means to create accounts, scrape data, or interact with the service at a volume that degrades it for others
Use the AI trainer to generate content unrelated to health, fitness, or wellness, or in a way that attempts to bypass its safety guidance

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own what you write — journal entries, challenge descriptions, your display name. By creating a challenge or joining one visible to other users, you're allowing those specific users to see the content associated with it (challenge name, description, your progress, your username and avatar). We don't claim ownership of anything you write, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Subscriptions and plans

Libre is free. Forme ($19/month) and Édition ($39/month) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods already in progress.

Equipment

Equipment purchased through VYTLAÜ is final sale. If an item arrives defective, it may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Service availability

We aim to keep VYTLAÜ available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on a network connection (friends, challenges, the AI trainer) may be unavailable during outages or maintenance. Your locally-stored health data isn't affected by server downtime.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings — this is immediate and permanent for your server-side data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

VYTLAÜ is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYTLAÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made based on health information, calculations, or AI-generated suggestions within it. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
